Real Madrid´s call

At the age of 9, Iker, enouraged by his father José Luis, took an entrance examn at the Ciudad Deportiva del Real Madrid. After waiting for a few weeks, he received the call from Real Madrid Club to play in a junior cup of Little importance. He took part in other matches until he became part of the Real Madrid's youth system. This marked the begining of a long career with the club.
